Babuu Returns Policy

At Babuu, we're all about making sure you love what you buy. We get that sometimes a return might be needed, and our returns policy is here to make that process easy and fair for you. 

Return Eligibility:

• Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and packaging with all tags attached.
• Sale items or items purchased during promotional events are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Gift vouchers and gift cards are not eligible for return.

If your return does not meet these conditions, we will be unable to accept your items and they will be rejected and returned to you. 

Credit notes:

• Full priced items purchased online can be returned for credit note.
• Store credit notes are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and will be emailed to you with a unique code for use online.
• Credit notes are to be treated like cash. Babuu is not responsible for miss use or miss handling of credit notes. 
• Sale items are final and not eligible for store credit.
• The return process will be free of charge for those opting for a store credit note.

For returns within Australia, a fee of $10.99 will be applied to cover the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund or credit note. 

International customers are responsible for organizing their return shipping and are advised to retain a tracking number for reference. We highly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service for returns as we cannot assume responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Processing Your Return:

Upon receipt and inspection of your return at Babuu, if it adheres to our return criteria, it will be processed for a refund or store credit within 3-5 business days of receiving your item, and you will be notified via email. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method, with an additional 5-10 business days required for the refund to appear in your account.  

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

We exercise strict quality control and inspect all items before dispatch. However, if you do encounter an issue with incorrect or faulty items:

• Please contact our Customer Care Team immediately with your order number and images documenting the issue.
• We will conduct a thorough assessment to determine the item’s condition.
• If deemed faulty or incorrect, Babuu will aim to replace the item initially. If a replacement is not possible, a refund or credit note will be offered as applicable.

 We will open an investigation into any faulty products before they are returned. If your items are deemed not faulty, we will not accept a return.

General:

Any items returned that do not comply with our return policy will be sent back to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right to modify or update our return policy at any time, and any changes will be reflected on our website. Your rights under any applicable consumer law are additional to and not affected by Babuu return policy above.
